Remarks concerning production and consumption trends:

Please note that figures of 2010 include the Turkish production, which explains the big step forward of sugar confectionery production/consumption in 2010.

Please also note that the top part of the bars (in lighter tone) give an idea of the production/consumption in Australia, Brazil, Japan and USA (except for fine bakery wares, where only figures of Japan are available).
