If a delegate is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement, someone else from the same institute/organisation.
Where the delegate is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
2.1 Registrations cancelled before the 31st March will be refunded 100% of the registration fees.
2.2 Registrations cancelled between the 1st April and the 30th April will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
2.3 Registrations cancelled after these dates will not be eligible for a refund.
