Letter to industry - The Harkin-Engel Protocol
Since 2001, the global chocolate and cocoa industry has worked with U.S. Senator Tom Harkin and U.S. Representative Eliot Engel to ensure cocoa is grown responsibly, without unacceptable child labor.
