CAOBISCO is the Association of chocolate, biscuit and confectionery industries of the European Union.
Founded in Rome in May 1959, the association was initially based in Paris, leaving there in 1985 to settle in Brussels, near the European institutions.

CAOBISCO Members come from the European Union, with 2 non-EU observer members (Switzerland and Norway).
